ABOUT THE KEY PERSON
The Creative Director of Divine Space Digital Technology, Vini Rukhana, is also a key person in the company. She began her undergraduation in the Humanities stream, then flew overseas to complete her graduation in Psychology and returned to India to join Lowe Lintas, one of the biggest Ad agencies in India, to explore her creative side. Her stint with Lowe Lintas helped her to determine her passion. She realized this is something she wants to do, however in her own way,accentuating the job.
Even though she belongs from a family of business, she knew she would create something out of her passion, carving a path by her own and henceforth, building her own business space. Divine Space Design was born out of this dream.
She mentions studying Psychology taught her how to deal with and interact with people. Her agency experience – taught her design, marketing, and client services. Further, she kept equipping herself with knowledge until she dived into building her own business.
Vini is of the view that being the Creative Director of the Company, she is responsible for the entire functioning of the team. She has an all-encompassing role that includes creative and administrative tools.

In any field of design, Vini Rukhana focuses on flexibility. She understands it is important to meet the client’s demands. Therefore, creatively providing them with a detailed illustration of their vision. At DS designs, their offers are unique because creating something new is an ongoing process. HOW DO THEY ENCOURAGE PEOPLE WITHIN THE ORGANISATION
The company works as an extremely close-knit team, in a familiar atmosphere. It believes in communication as an ideal tool for holding healthy relationships in an organization. Vini gives her team creative space, encouraging them to spill their ideas, however off-board they might be. She encourages the team members to express their views explicitly, without any hesitation. Further, brainstorming is encouraged among team members. She never clips their wings, in fact, they are free to learn and explore new software and try innovative ideas on a relatively easy day.
CHALLENGES FACED BY THE COMPANY
During the pandemic, the company didn’t want to meddle with the safety of its employees, so the work equipment was delivered at home. They were in work-from-home mode. In the midst of this, they lost one of their teammates which shattered them all. This incident had an impact on the other members which pulled them down for a while, but the team rose to the occasion and work resumed in a while. Once the relaxations began and offices opened up, the company ensured to pick up and drop to the office, all their staff until conditions normalized. Fortunately, the clients backed them which did not affect the business.

The Company follows a very simple strategy. As each of their clients are important to them, they take a brief, and follow it through their vision. Once approved, they strictly stick to timelines. The process is super transparent. They provide a sense of exclusivity to every client, and someone from the team will always be available, encouraging a healthy bonding between client and team and producing the best results.
