Being spiritual myself and a lover of nature, I always followed the path of simple living so I chose the path of Organic Farming over any other business. My venture is helping more than 15000 farmers, Employing Women, and helping out the army women. We source our produce from the foothills of the Himalayas Bio where it is nourished by fertile mineral material, rich soil, and snow-melted water of the river Chenab. We have a wide range of Organic Grocery food products – Organic Flour, Organic Rice, Organic Pulses, Organic Spices, Super Foods, Organic Dry fruits, Organic Saffron, Organic ready-to-eat Snacks, and Organic Cereals, etc.

Q. What motivated you to establish Himalayan Bio Organic Foods, and how did the journey begin?
I am blessed that nature has given me an opportunity to do something for our society and for our most valuable woman farmer. It is the main driving force behind my journey as I wanted to uplift my society especially the woman section of the society. Being a woman entrepreneur myself I Pooja Gupta Started Himalayan Bio Organic Foods Limited with the Brand name “NIMBARK” Started this business journey four years back. We believe in the philosophy of “SATVIK” Conscious Lifestyle. We have our lands in the foothills of the Himalayas and our produce is nourished by fertile, Mineral-rich soil, Organic manure, and snow-melted waters of river Chenab, without the use of artificial fertilizers and chemicals which are then sold through a household brand name NIMBARK Who believes in spreading Positive and pure energy. Each of the products is hygienically processed and packed and also undergoes multiple rounds of quality assurance to retain its natural essence and freshness throughout the shelf life.

Our Vision and mission of the organization is to make available genuine organic food products to our customers and to empower farmers with good prices for their produce along with good agriculture practices that serve and protect nature. We always strive to uplift the livelihood of farmers all across the rural areas.

Q. What challenges have you faced as a founder in the organic food sector, and how have you overcome them with HIMALAYAN BIO ORGANIC FOODS?
Though at the starting I faced a lot of challenges since I was a homemaker and turned to a woman entrepreneur But as I wanted to upgrade society as well as uplifting women so started my venture and after facing so many hurdles I am on the journey of making my brand presence globally all over the world.

Our brand main focus on the purity and authenticity of the products so our organic products are pesticide-free. It helps to maintain the environment healthy by reducing the level of pollution as compared with conventional agriculture. These benefits are counterbalanced by higher food costs for consumers and generally lower yields.

Vegan probiotics are supplements or foods and beverages containing beneficial bacteria derived from plant-based sources, avoiding animal-derived ingredients. These microorganisms, such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains, are crucial for promoting a healthy balance in the digestive system. Our brand is also under the innovation of such kind of products which will be introduced in the upcoming time period.

We are expanding our reach by capturing all the far-flung areas of society and creating awareness among the masses of our brand through the mode of social media and our online e-commerce platforms.

Q. What are the future goals and aspirations for HIMALAYAN BIO ORGANIC FOODS?
Our future goals are to be in the top 10 of the best organic grocery brands in the world in the next three years with a presence in all seven continents of the world as well as our offices in PAN India. We vision to link more than 50,000 woman farmers with our brand.

Q. Based on your experience, what advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs looking to enter the organic food sector, particularly with HIMALAYAN BIO ORGANIC FOODS?
I would like to say to all the upcoming young entrepreneurs that always be disciplined in business, that the culture you will cultivate in business will flow in your team members. If you want to be a good entrepreneur, you need to be a good team leader instead of a big Boss. Fix a Goal, Have a Vision, face your fears, and go for it.
