Mr. Michael Fredrick is the CEO of Uniworld and the Vice President of Curated Living Solutions, a co-living company that offers housing and accommodation facilities for Millenials. A visionary and a first-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Fredrick spearheads the company’s fundraising operations, financial management, marketing, and service delivery operations. He also oversees the board administration as well as the community and PR activities of the company.
A seasoned professional, Mr. Fredrick holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Bangalore. He also holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the American Hotel & Lodging Association and holds an MBA in Finance. Starting his professional journey with the Taj group of hotels, Mr. Fredrick has more than a decade of experience in the corporate sector.
Mr. Fredrick’s tenacity and perseverance empowered him to steer Curated Living Solutions in 2019, Backed by over 20 months of research, the co-living company focuses on smart room design, service differentiation, great food & customer analytics. Under his leadership, the company developed and executed successful institutional and retail accommodations in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkota & Hyderabad.
Having a spirited entrepreneur at its helm, the co-living company has achieved around 98% occupancy over the years. My educational journey began with a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from the University of Bangalore, followed by a Diploma from the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Later, I earned an Executive MBA in Finance from Bangalore University.
In my career, I’ve served as CEO of Uniworld, India’s pioneering co-living venture, and as Vice President at Curated Living Solutions. These roles allowed me to blend my academic knowledge with practical insights, shaping me into a leader passionate about innovation and customer-centric solutions.

- In the past – Successfully built and operated India’s largest asset-heavy coliving business.
- Developed and executed 10000+ beds of Institutional & retail accommodation across Bangalore & Hyderabad. Achieving an occupancy of 98% across years and a turnover of 100cr+
What are your future plans for the company and Where do you want to see the company five years down the line:
- CLSPL believes in building a formidable and profitable business model by leveraging various drivers/components of this business Real Estate, Design & Interiors, Food, and Service aspects.
- The idea is to ensure unit-level profitability of every property being operated and thereby achieve entity-level profitability that will ensure its continued growth while safeguarding investor’s interests.
- CLSPL’s strategy is to bring two elements under one roof. i.e., one a pure Real Estate play (Asset Heavy), builds RE sells it to retail investors on a lease back model, or retains it and hands over the operations to the Operating Company (Asset Light). The second Company manages operations and services the investors of the RE company while making its own margins.
- We envisage building 10-12 million sqft under an asset-heavy model, combined with asset-light inventory we have a target to build and service 100,000+ beds over a period of 3-5 years.
