He has been appointed as an Executive Member of FDSA – the “Federation of Direct Selling Association” of India. FDSA represents the voice of genuine direct-selling companies in discussions with the Government of India and the state governments to develop an appropriate legislative framework using progressive statistics and opinions to protect the Direct Selling Industry in India.

He would also like to say that his team members worked as he did to build a team and they still do to this day. Now they are quite efficient in making a team themselves.

Dr. Subrata Datta stated that there were many challenges, and he lost count, to be honest. He never thought of giving up. He thinks his spirit is the reason for where he’s today! One of the major challenges he faced early in his life was education. The quality of education in his village was poor, which presented a significant hurdle to his growth. But with the help of his parents, he somehow managed it and got the best education he could have at that time. The next one, he would say, is a village boy moving to a big city. Everything was overwhelming and confusing at the same time. But as he said, his dictionary doesn’t have the word ‘giving up’. And do you know why he was able to achieve so much? This is because he believed in his actions and surrounded himself with the right team members. Due to his zeal for creative achievements, he has been under the mentorship of Dr. Debi Prasad Acharjya – a Wellness Coach and Author, who instilled the right threads of power into his faith and made Subrata realize that everything can be attained with the right amount of effort.
